The honorary patronage over the PE 2023 Conference was held by:
- Częstochowa Branch of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers,
- Energy Commission of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Katowice Branch,
- Polish Association for Energy Economics.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Due to the relatively small number of applications, we decided to carry out the entire meeting within one day (April 17, 2023) in the building of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Częstochowa University of Technology with the simultaneous use of the university's teleconference system.
On our website, we have updated information about the new fees, important dates and the preliminary program of the conference.

The deadline for registration and submission of papers has been postponed to March 15, 2023.
